Potato. The weight of a single oven-baked potato is approximately 225–275 g.
Finland. The raw material mainly comes from Ostrobothnia and is delivered pre-washed by JEPO's long-term contract growers. The potatoes are cultivated according to JEPO's requirements to ensure that their characteristics meet the quality standards for finished potato products. Potatoes from each field undergo multiple inspections and tests on their journey from farm to table. Through these tests, we ensure that the right raw material is used in our final products.
Yhdistelmäuunissa: Laita perunat GN-vuokaan. Kuumenna 180-200 asteessa kuivapaistolla 15-20 minuuttia.Mikroaaltouunissa: Yksittäin n. 3 minuuttia.
