JEPO Whistleblowing Channel
When should I use the whistleblowing channel?
The whistleblowing channel can be used if you suspect misconduct or irregularities related to JEPO or its operations. This may include issues of public interest such as unlawful, unethical, or otherwise harmful activities connected to JEPO or its partners, suppliers, or subcontractors.
Anyone submitting a report should have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is accurate at the time of reporting. Deliberately submitting false information is prohibited by law and may lead to legal consequences.
Please note that this channel is not intended for general customer feedback or complaints.
Who can submit a report?
A report may be submitted by anyone with a connection to JEPO. This includes, for example, current or former employees, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, shareholders, board members, job applicants, or interns.
Reports can be submitted anonymously, and the identity of the whistleblower is protected. If you choose to provide your identity, for example to support the investigation, your information will still be handled confidentially. Any personal data included in the report may be used for investigating the matter or shared with authorities in accordance with applicable laws, for example in the context of an investigation or legal proceedings.
Who handles the report?
Reports are handled only by specifically appointed individuals within JEPO, who are required to process each case independently and impartially. All reports are treated confidentially in accordance with legal requirements.
The system is provided by Webropol, but access to the reports is restricted to designated individuals within JEPO. The whistleblower’s IP address is not stored and is not known to either JEPO or Webropol.
