Usage:

Tray food Put the potatoes (1 pss) unrinsed in a greased 1/1 65 mm GN dish,
add the other ingredients. Reduce the amount of liquid to 25-50% of what is used for raw potatoes.Bake the boxes in a combi oven at 150°C (humidity 50%) for approx. 40 minutes.
Baking times and temperatures are indicative depending on the power of the appliance and filling quantities.
