The raw material comes mainly from the Lapuan River Valley from JEPO's long-term contract farmers. The potatoes are grown according to JEPO's specifications so that their characteristics meet the quality requirements of the finished potato products. Potatoes from each field undergo around 10-20 different types of inspections and tests on their way from field to table. These tests ensure that the right raw material is used in our final products.
In a combi oven: Place the potatoes in a GN tray. Add oil and seasonings. Roast at 175–200°C for 25–30 minutes, depending on the oven’s power. Suitable as a side dish. You can roast them in the oven using dry heat or in an air fryer. If preparing potato wedges in a deep fryer, drain and dry them well before frying to prevent splattering. Potato wedges also work well roasted in salads and various pan dishes.
