The raw material comes mainly from the Lapuanjokila Valley from JEPO's long-term contract farmers. Potatoes are grown according to JEPO standards so that their characteristics meet the quality requirements of the finished potato products. Potatoes from each field undergo around 10-20 different inspections and tests on their way from field to table. Testing ensures that we use the right raw materials in our final products.
In a combi oven: Place the potatoes in a GN tray. Add oil and seasonings. Roast at 175–200°C for 25–30 minutes, depending on the oven’s power. Suitable as a side dish. You can roast them in the oven using dry heat or in an air fryer. If preparing potato wedges in a deep fryer, drain and dry them well before frying to prevent splattering. Potato wedges also work well roasted in salads and various pan dishes.
