National Potato Week, February 10-16, is another opportunity to highlight the different uses of potatoes and inspire people to try new recipes. We’ve created a menu celebrating the potato for each day of the week. Prepare hot dishes, soups, salads, potato salad, potato salad or all at once. Now let’s celebrate the home-grown potato!

Why is a potato really tasty?
